b. Customer Access to and Control Over Information. Customer may opt out of any future contact from Organic Green and its affiliates at any time. Customer can do the following at any time by contacting Organic Green via the email address or phone number provided on Organic Green’s website:
- See what data Organic Green has about Customer, if any.
- Change/correct any data Organic Green has about Customer.
- Request deletion of any data Organic Green has about Customer.
- Express any concern Customer has about Organic Green’s use of Customer data
c. Orders for Services. Organic Green requests information from Customer on various forms and in various formats. To procure services from Organic Green, Customer must provide contact information (including, but not limited to, name and address) and financial information (including, but not limited to, credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill Customer’s service requests. Organic Green may partner with other parties to provide specific services and/or administrative support (e.g. billing). When Customer signs up for these services, Organic Green will share information necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
d. Security. Organic Green takes precautions to protect Customer information. When Customer submits sensitive information via the Organic Green website, Customer information is protected both online and offline. Wherever Organic Green collects sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.
While Organic Green uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, Organic Green also protects Customer information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which Organic Green stores personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
While Organic Green strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect Customer personally identifiable information, Organic Green cannot guarantee its absolute security. Customer acknowledges that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
e. Cookies. Organic Green uses “cookies” on its website. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help improve Customer access to the site and identify repeat visitors to the site. Cookies can also enable Organic Green to track and target the interests of Customer to enhance their experience on the site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on the site.
f. Links. The Organic Green website may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that Organic Green is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. Organic Green encourages Customer to be aware when leaving Organic Green’s site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.
g. Use of Lawn Images. Customer grants Organic Green the right to use pictures/images of their lawn, free of charge, in Organic Green’s promotional materials, digital marketing, social media, and on its website provided no identifying marks, house numbers, vehicles, persons, and/or any other Customer information appears in those pictures/images. Customer may opt out of said usage at any time by contacting Organic Green.
h. Question or Concerns. If Customer feels Organic Green is not abiding by the provisions of this section 11 or has questions related thereto, Customer should contact Organic Green immediately using the email address or phone number provided on Organic Green’s website.
